What is your role?

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator at Huron Woods Nursing Center, a 60-bed facility located in Kawkawlin, Michigan that offers short-term rehabilitation rooms as well as extended nursing care beds. The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for administration, strategic planning and supervision of the clinical and non-clinical operations affecting the delivery of care and services to promote optimal functioning, independence and autonomy of our residents. Successful candidates will be inspirational, empathetic, organized and set clear expectations and objectives.

Candidate Requirements?

• A current, unencumbered Michigan Nursing Home Administrators License
• At least two years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
• High level attention to detail
• Communication Skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated abilities related to financial management, planning, problem solving, quality improvement and regulatory knowledge.
• High levels of energy and a high dose of optimism & positivity
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple activities
• You must be comfortable jumping right in and handling tasks as needed, asking clarifying questions
• Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency required.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
